Athletics
On Tuesday the 18 of October we did Athletics with Coach J
we played Saucers and Cups.How to play the game is when the coach gives you a team and if you are in the saucers team then you flip the Saucers cone and if you are in the cups team then you have to flip the cup team cone upside down.Some skills that I learnt was standing on the line and when the coach took the go out and he clapped then we had to run and look at the prize.Then we played Rats and Rabbits I was the Rat and Tulei was the Rabbit when the coach said Rats the Rabbits had to chase the Rat and if the Rats touched the line.When he said Rabbits I had to chase my buddy if she touched the line she wins.Then we did relays.The skills that we learnt was cheek to cheek and run on the spot also look at the prize and we had to listen to the clap to tell you when to run
